Due to strict hygiene and health protection standards, we can only accept returns on skincare products that are completely unopened, unused, and with all protective seals or shrink-wrap fully intact in their original packaging. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your item.
Once you have notified us, you must post the item back within 7 days. If a product is returned to us opened, unsealed, or used, we cannot issue a refund or exchange due to safety regulations, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
How to Start a Return Product
Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for the return. If eligible, we will send you the return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged in transit, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at [Your Email Address] with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.
Skin Reactions & Allergies.
We always recommend performing a patch test before full application. If you experience an adverse allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number, a description of the reaction, and a photograph of the affected skin. Allergy claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or store credits will only be considered if less than 10% of the product has been used.
5. Processing Your Refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 14 business days.
